She looks great in photos, but in the flesh she's amazing.

When I drove through the city of Bath on the way home (some traffic queues) lots of people spotted her, but none of them discerned that she is a doll. It is the way they look away quickly, as if not wanting to be rude. (When they think it is a doll, they just stare. Nobody did that.)

I will be taking plenty more photos of course. (The weekend is so far away!) I will attempt to show the dramatic 'presence' of this ultra-realistic silicone girl.

I started her second gallery, which includes some photos by Angelah taken at the UK doll convention.

UK clothing sizes for Anatomical Doll body 4:
Dress UK size 8 can be a bit tight, but can fit well.
Shoes UK size 4, again can be a bit tight. Big boots; go for size 5 at least; you don't really notice if they are too big.

Bear in mind that clothing sizes, especially shoes, are somewhat variable.

Reminds me I looked about the doll room for Samurai, didn't see him, then I started feeling up Keira (Sam's TPE doll) -- and he suddenly appeared as though he walked through the wall!

Her eyes do not close. This is a separate head, otherwise virtually indistinguishable from her eyes-open head.

Somewhat uneven lighting in this one, but it is the best I could do on a dull and wet day with not much daylight.

In these photos, as if compensating for looking amused earlier, she appears particularly displeased. Somehow, that makes her seem more real to me. I cannot get enough of her!

One young woman pushing a buggy with a baby commented on the visible contours of Faina's pert boobs. She was well amused.

Two old ladies on the bridge by the mill kept asking if she is all right. I explained that, yes, she is all right and that she is made of rubber. They nodded in apparent understanding, but stayed around and continued to ask if she is all right.

An older guy from a photography club in another county was mighty interested in her and he took some pics with his mobile phone. (The locals here tend to keep their distance from me, but we get lots of holidaymakers.)

Even more interested was a thin young lady holding a bamboo pole with an orange net on one end. Whenever I was fiddling with the camera or otherwise not next to Faina, she was standing in front of her and feeling her arm or face. Her parents (presumably) seemed amused. Whenever I returned to Faina, the girl walked away to stand off at a distance, but when my back was turned, she was there again...

The curve of her belly is unique in the doll world, to the best of my knowledge.

One fault of this doll is that the finger wires have all broken where they join the hand piece, which makes it difficult to pose them realistically.
