I'd like put to some Euro notes into their panties. (Or isn't that common practice in the Moulin Rogue? I'm just familiar with Reeperbahn establishments...)

Sadly never been to either but would like to visit both. I once stayed for 3 nights in a hotel in Pigalle almost oposite Moulin rouge but my girlfriend at the time wouldnt let us go.:(
