Keep an eye on your pets!
I've already warned you before: Keep an eye on your pets, they can be pests at times. A certain French car brand had an ad campaign running in 1993 - 94 titled "Made in Paradise", featuring a quite friendly snake. After they abandoned the ad, one of the likewise abandoned reptiles ended up in my place, living a more or less peaceful retirement. Or so I thought. It's already in the Bible that women and snakes won't get along well - that obiously goes for Teddy Babes as well:

Well, they settled this one, Lian's obviously not easily scared or even surprised.

Now, today, when I got home, Lian was petting and playing with Puschel, our small white bunny. I thought it a good idea to snap some cute pics of my lil' Lady:

"Oh, you're home already? Hi there!" she said, before turning her attention back to the rabbit.

But it seemed like these two in turn did not only catch my attention!

One curious pet peeks around the corner, and I bet it's not just watching, but dreaming of some tender dinner...

"Hey, Lian, watch out! Someone's on the rabbit hunt." - "Sshhh" was all she answered...

Oooh here comes - or goes the rabbit? No, my girl seems to be prepared!

http://www.uklovedollforums.co.uk/forum/picture.php?albumid=1698&pictureid=34739

No words needed here - it's all in the picture!

http://www.uklovedollforums.co.uk/forum/picture.php?albumid=1698&pictureid=34740

"Now, what did you say again? It's not been the first attempt, you know!" Wow, brave girl.

After recovering, Snaky is on the retreat, barely able to wave the white flag.

And the little'un surprised us all: Moments before prey and dinner, it's now becoming bold or rather suicidal, going after the snake. I bet you could've seen a tongue sticking out! :D

Well, the bunny went back into its cage, the snake got a plush mouse (or gerbil?) for compensation, and Lian - you know it. Cuddle time.

END of the story. Phew.

Poor Scratina... She said she is a mouse because she don't want to be eaten and now there's a snake... She is totaly terrified.

Oooh, great. Yeah, Dongo, I see it now.
Short summary: One forum member has to watch out for the rabbit, one pet "mouse" for the snake, while two Teddy Babes want a bunny and a snake for pets. Well, I didn't see that coming...

Now, Karrot, if you ever drop by (the distance, I know...) I promise to double-lock the cage. Scratina, same for you: I'll knot the snake's tail to the table if that helps you... :D
Willow, Nicole: Are you even allowed to have pets, ready to take care of them etc. etc.? Lian wouldn't part with Puschel, but Snaky... well, there are two or three here who wouldn't miss (him/her?) much... :o

But watch out Cuddly, she obviously knows how to take care of unwanted 'Snake Intrusions' You could end up walking funny if you catch her off guard  Another one crossed my mind: That may well be so, but she sure knows how to handle that stick! :D:D:D (rod, wood...)

Clearly a young lady well able to deal with most varieties of legless reptile, pythons, boa constructers, cobras and mambas, no problem. I bet she could even deal a deadly blow to the one eyed trouser snake.

:21Love the way Lian just takes it in her stride, not a flinch but just a bonk on poor Snaky's bonce.

I'm pleased to see that Lian can deal with that slippery customer. :tu I love the smile, it really adds to her character.
