The Award is in Memory of Wetsuit, who was special on here and again for helping (http://www.uklovedollforums.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=9187) fellow Members I would like to nominate Karrot for it.

To go out of his way in assisting Stoney in his DS skeleton repair is no small feat and it's not the first time that he's done such service in the repairs department as well as sharing his knowledge with newbies.

Normally a silver star would be appropriate for helping a fellow member or members, however Karrot has been directly involved in helping numerous members on the forum, in person at the meet and as stated by Stoney by visiting to help with a particularly difficult repair. This is above and beyond silver star activity and merits the Forum's higher award.

It only therefore remains for me to upgrade Karrot's previous silver star to a Gold one.

Definitely agreed, his skills in a multitude of areas are possibly surpassed only by his willingness to assist all in need.:tu:
Personally, although thousands of miles away (lots more in kilometers ;)) I have been inspired by Karrot to venture my own repairs and mods with great results, and was one of, if not the first to inspire my humble but much improved Teddybabe photography.
