These are made to fit with Ex Doll labels which complete the look.

A bit much for me right now, but i shall email you when more funds come my way. What material is the skirt ? My doll is more petite at Bust: 73cm (28in 7") Waist: 58cm (22in 8") Hip: 79cm (31in 1") 156cm/5ft 1" So maybe a bit on the large side ?

The skirt material skirt polyester.
As for the sizes, Absolutely fine, the Ex Lite hips are 80cm, Waist 55cm, Burst 77cm and height won't make a difference as the skirt wears relatively short on the Ex Lite.
These are official Ex Doll garments, so they won't colour transfer and stain.
