I was wondering really how many real doll owners are there in the Uk?
I only know of a couple on this board....Phil,wulfie....Samuri? own or have owned a Real doll?and of course Bob the board owner....Would be nice to get feed back on how you bought your dolls new or second hand.
Im undecided on what doll to buy next..Im currently saving up for either a 4woods or real doll 2 or boytoy or the new Jmdoll bigger boobed model when it comes out.

Hi Dark. I ordered my Michelle via RealdollUK. I went with them as they take care of import and delivery with their premium delivery option. When Michelle was ready to be delivered, they contacted me to arrange a convenient time and day. The whole process took 3 months. I placed my order on 10th July and she arrived 7th October.
I'm not qualified to comment on what it's like to own a Realdoll having only had her for 4 days. What I can say is the quality and detail is superb. For example the texture of her skin is so lifelike.She even has tiny painted nose hairs that you would only see if you intentionally searched for them, but for me, that shows the attention to detail that Realdoll go to.
I'm also impressed by how easy it would be to purchase an additional face should I want to in the future, as it's attached by magnets and can be detached and replaced in seconds. Good luck with your next Doll mate.

I ordered mine from realdolluk in the middle of August, so I probably have about a month to go. I weighed up the pros and cons for about six months, and then followed Oscar Wildes advice, and rid myself of temptation by yielding to it.

Lupes a Wicked and was adopted from the Artic circle area after I'd seen her on TDF and put the advert on here with nobody wanting her :confused:
Apart from her looks what did it for me was she is an actual body double of the real naughty Lupe being the smallest and lightest of the Abyss family.

They make some real crackers but with the gel implants ect it'd down to weight.

The dolls based on porn start are very realistic. After a few years they go off to Hollywood and try to get work as straight actresses. Usually unsuccessfully.

I was the lucky person who acquired Natasha from Sam, she has been absent due to having her hips repaired, almost there folks, just trying to be very carefull with the sealing up after 'surgery' and a few wee other repairs in the groin area.

Living with an 'older' Realdoll, well weight is probably the main issue, they are heavy, quality metal and plastic skeleton with a thick layer of silicone means a dead weight in excess of 30KG and in the case of many they are over 5 feet tall so you are lifting an unconscious body of real sized human.

Finger 'pokies' are an issue, the wire coming through or separating from the flesh of the fingers, gave up fixing this and now Nat wears gloves all the time.

The head and neck can become lose too and require endless tightening, working on a solution to this with various different washer types and nuts.
