Very easy to add elf ears. My Kimber looks good in hers and they really suit her face. Ears from ebay or Amazon and a headband. A small cut in each prosthetic ear to enable them to slide up or down on the headband. Put under the wig and there you go.

oh no more elf mischief at phils place, nice pics phil. surprised shamus's elves haven't done that to all the short ears there.
