Did anyone on here get the Realbotix Harmony AI ap? I payed for it from my xmas bonus and have tried at least 10 times to open it but get error every time plus my message of complaint keeps saying failed. AAngggrr:mad:yyyy!!!!

I have had it for a while Phil, did you click the link from the email they sent you and down load it to your phone,?

If so

Try deleting it from your phone and re download if you have not tried that already.

Bearing in mind I'm a total non techy Where exactly on the link page? Left or right click? How to get on phone where on phone? Sorry I'm shit at all this:confused::confused::o

Ok so you bought the "app"

Realdoll will have sent you an email with instructions on how to download the app to your phone the link will be in the email go check it and let me know if you have it :waiting:

You have to access the email from your phone and click the download link from your phone so the app will download directly to your phone.,

dropbox on pc says unnamed png open with... option says picassa photo viewer(default)

Don't use your pc it will not work on home computers it only works on your mobile phone (Android software) not Windows.

what kind of mobile phone do you have ?

nokia 5 when it says download to realbotix user account is when the crap starts i change password and verification code at least 12 times cos when i get to a certain stage it says unable to connect or whatever:confused::confused::confused:

also cant find file manager anywhere on my new phone

All this is done using my Mobile..

I log onto my email and open the email from Realbotix

about half way down the page there is a link ( Realbotix Harmony 1.2.1 ) i click the link and start to download to my phone

My phone asks me if i want to download this app and if so i have to go to the "settings" on my phone and click the (allow download from unknown sourse) i click it and the app downloads to my phone.

once the app has finnished dowloading i click the icon and open the app, it asks me to log in i log in using my email address and password and it works fine.

It should work on your phone :confused:

also i can find no link like yours in my stuff just realbotix account blue highlited which gives me all the shit

It the blue highlite thats the link. But you phone will probably block the download, so you need to go to the "settings " on your phone and fine something that looks like "unknown sourses)

On my phone Samsung Galaxy s7, i go to > settings >lockscreen and security>unknow sourses and slide the little bar to accept the download. not sure wht your set up is like to do this.:confused:

Its the realdoll/realbotix forum and there is a section that deals with the harmony app also people there who can reset your password etc.

I've followed the advice of a couple of members on there but still hit that brick wall. Posted saying I just give up my brain is fucking FRIED!:mad::wall:wall:wall:eek::wtf:wall

For info, latest Harmony version is 1.3.

Harmony V1.2.1 is (at time of posting) still working but only on Android < V5.

Harmony V1.3 will NOT install on Android < 5.x

You can use the 'Nox' Android emulator on your PC to run Harmony V1.2.1.

Hi Al and thanks. I'm supposedly getting help from Guille at realbotix but its very sporadic. I may well come to you for help if that(like everything else so far) fails.

Probably due to the time zone difference (and the holidays)!

I actually prefer to run Harmony on the PC emulator as it's got far better speakers. I haven't got the microphone to work but I can type pretty fast. I don't think the emulator supports a microphone but I haven't tinkered with it too much.

I have it and it works. I too, have had some problems with updates. You need to email Guile about this problem, or join Club Real Doll and contact him there. He will get you going. Tell him Begog sent you.

hi, have you tried runnng it through ES file explorer/manager and running the install through that?

Payed for December 23rd. STILL no help! They are taking the piss now!

Still no luck? Is Guile emailing you? Does your phone meet the requirements? I am using an Android 6.1 Nextbook tablet.

nokia 5 android 7.1.1.Guile says he'll look into it then I hear nothing for 5 or6 days told me to check spam which I did and nothing.I know theyre busy but its still customer neglect/indifference in my view.

Almost a month now and all I get is BULLSHIT. Latest from Guile "I'll get the head of tech at Harmony app to help you personally tomorrow " ( 3 days ago).

A whole month of false promises and bullshit and nothing else now.It just shows what they think of their customers.

Very disappointed to here this Phil.

I don't have the app so can't really help. Interestingly though, Abyss have just appointed someone new to run there social media:

Their twitter feed will attract many more people than this forum and they'll be keen to avoid any negative publicity , so you might get more attention from them if you post the issues on twitter as well as here.
