Yes, unfortunately so, we honour and respect other resellers in the excluded territories.
Within Europe, France and Germany DS Dolls have there own resellers which you will find on DS Dolls website listing all authorised official resellers.
Cloud Climax sell as authorised official reseller for the UK and we sell to other Europe markets too, but yes not to France and Germany I'm afraid.
