Dunno, but I can tell you, anyone with any sense is not going to put their old fella into a robotic vagina, in case of malfunction.
In mechanical engineering we call a part that has been mashed and battered by malfunction, "Lunched".
I think the prospect of a lunched penis is going to be a hurdle, let alone the first time it happens and is publicised.
Apart from that, anyone who can afford an advanced robotic doll in the future, will probably be able to hire the real thing for less, so making them completely affordable to the average labourer and having a specifically formed credit facility will be the make or break line I believe.
