To answer this accurately I'd need to better understand the wear and deterioration a doll's make up undergoes over time. I'd guess it should stay though.

At risk of overcomplicating the ordering section of your website, why not extend the options to cover the accessory kit, clothes and issues such as piercings and tattoos?
