At weekend the girls were chatting about their cuddlies, which they feel every Smartie should have....

After hearing that Trixie's is called Buddy, Gemma's is called Scruffy and Katrina's is called Peas, Safiya announced that hers was named Wuff...very imaginative lot, aren't they???

They were too engrossed in the chat to notice a knock at the door or Zoe going to answer it, they did however notice a quiet knock at the living room door...

Safiya was oblivious at that moment but it became clear that she had no-one's attention....

Safiya: "Oh, hi"

Friends from afar had come to visit...

"Hiiii"
"We're here"
"Ooh, nice place"
"Got any fresh blood, I'm starving"

Lulu had arranged a visit and it was a surprise for my Smarties so fond greetings were necessary...

Kate got a little too friendly, well she was rather hungry and the temptation of fresh untasted blood was too much...

Safiya: "Oh my, revoL, please stop her, this is too much!"

Trixie came to the rescue...
"Anyone for a game of football?"

"YAY, FOOTIE!!!"

Everyone watched while Gemma jumped into action...

Gemma: "This will do as our goal, you girls need to find something for yours"

Gemma: "I'm ready"

Erica found another box and put it in place...
Erica: "Yep, this will do"

Erica: "Betchya can't score a goal past me"


Everyone had a good laugh and it was decided that a fair sized goal but be better...

With a more suitable goal in place Erica was ready to play...

The match was about to get underway...

Katrina: "Hey, don't tackle, this is football, not rugby!!"

Trixie and Kate were at the ready when the whistle blew...

The goalies were prepared, or as prepared as Smarties ever are for football...

I don't think Heather or Safiya had a clue what the game was about, they stood at the sideline watching...

A swift kick by Trixie sent the ball straight towards the goal...

Kate: "Yeah, great save!"

Erica kicked the ball back into play (a bit of a girly kick, if you ask me:D)

Valerie took the ball and showed her skillz...

She was undeterred...

Giving it her best shot wasn't enough when everyone pounced for the ball...

Everyone laughed and agreed that a nil-nil score was a win for Smarties so a group dance was in order...

Absolutely brilliant, revol! :b Adorable, sweet and funny all at the same time. We all had a fabulous time visiting and it was such good fun setting up all these photos. I still can't believe Valerie stood up on her own like that when she was dribbling the ball!
 
This gave me a laugh, and brilliantly executed!

Great to see Smarties coming together and having fun. it's what it should be about :D

I was very impressed with how you managed to freestand her and it worked so well for the photos we wanted.

Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed it. Yes, it is great to get Smarties together, especially when ideas get bounced back and forth, kinda like the TB days.

True, the girls weren't the only ones having a great time, Lulu and I really enjoyed putting the story idea into practice and having so many Smarties together added so much to it. Really chuffed that you both enjoyed it.
