Bollox the filter obviously doesn't work so we've added a strikethrough button to add to your text editing options in your threads instead.
It is up there to the right of the YouTube button.
Highlight the text you want struck through and then press the button.
Those masochistic nerds among you can do it by hand (ooh missus) by typing the following. [strike] at the beginning of the text and [/strike] at the end.
