The Amazon bodysuit PDutus has provided a link to is the exact thing I have in mind but unfortunately it only comes in medium or one size. Ebay sellers advertise a 2XS but as already pointed out this is fiction so they can show a very low price in their listing.
Surely there must be some genuinely small women who would like to buy this garment?
I will investigate the unitard and prettylittlething further.
