Nope. You have to be careful, but it is possible to move them. Just use your thumb and apply a little pressure and move to the left or right, up or down. The eyes themselves are hollow hemispheres. I assume you could try and replace them if you wanted other colours, but suspect there's a high portability of tearing the foam so I'll not be trying that. Ive got some red contact lenses on order and will see if that works.
