A 34 B cup bra is an alternative equivalent bra size in volume to a 30 D, but would not be the first choice.

Got to remember that with dolls gravity isnt doing any work and the breasts will not be as maluable as real breasts, so these measurements dont align completely truthfully with real world bra sizes.
You'd likely fins a 30D would have large air space in the cups, and a 34B may fit better in terms of cup, but would be loose round the band.
