Dottie arrived during the height of tropical storm Hugo, and the Doll World hasn't been the same since.
Dottie has been amusing and entertaining since day one.
I cannot begin to recall how many meets she has been too, or the number of Dolls and RealPeople she has met.
Hard to beleive she is 7.
