Even Buffy likes Vera. As long as Vera stays somewhat domesticated, she is no threat to man kind.
Those Douglas squirrels certainly can be annoying, but I am surprised she isn't also having troubles with Racoons crapping on the wood pile. If Vera is gonna make stew out of those Pesky little squirrels, One of them should be about the right size to make a fur coat for Lilly.

And here i was thinking that the broom stick was only for between her legs.

How refreshing -- Vera does indeed seem to be a "kinder, gentler" vampire babe, responsible and trustworthy. This is good! Come to think of it, I imagine Valerica is much the same as well. I'd say "Bless!", but they might have an involuntary bad reaction to that...
