I was actually just thinking about the girls that we see at the back. It was in one of Grahams email updates that I first saw a head #302 on the bench besides a doll. It was well before she was actually released and may have been (I believe that she was) one of the two destined for Mandos as the timing was spot on.

Even Grahams guy at the Jinsan factory didn't recognise the head she was that new (and pre release).

Without seeing that pic then it would have been months before I saw her in marketing shots where the factory shot really was what drove the purchase (very much a love at first sight jobby).

I still like to think that the one that I saw sitting on the bench in China which could have been one of those that went to Mandos is the one now sitting on the Irontech 150 watching TV on my Sofa (she's catching up on the Expanse season 3).

Without the factory photo I wouldn't have that special feeling about the jigsaw peices of Newts history.

Hi DanDub,

The eye colour is Silver Cat.

The idea is that head #286 seems to have a similar facial structure to #302. My Newt has the large salamander eyes (I think that they may have been a one off as I have only seen them on her and she was from pre general release). In order to create a family resemblence I opted for eyes that are definitely not human.

Really happy with the way that they seem to have turned out set against pale skin and dark hair.

I can see her and Newt being the centre piece of quite a few photo stories this year
