Really? Very personal.

Anyway, a belated welcome to the forum, YukiAmelia95. It does often take a few weeks for a doll to arrive; quite often, even the standard ones are made to order if they are not on the factory lines, and this adds to the wait time. And I think most of us here have shared the frustration and uncertainty of not knowing what's going on during that time.
You've done the right thing by going to a trusted vendor and I'm sure you'll find out what you need to ease your mind.

I bought my Elina direct from the factory, they forgot(?) to send me factory pics, then a few days later they sent me the tracking number. I inputted it on the UPS system only to be told it wasn't recognised. I thought I'd been scammed, then a few days later I was advised by UPS that my number was now activated and delivery was being made tomorrow. I concluded that it only becomes active once the package arrives at the UPS depot in the UK. She arrived in late May 2019

Yes, but they are not in the UK.

Adams office is accross the hall from the head of Jinsan in the main WM factory.

They are a UK vendor as you state though but with the benefit of being on the ground in China so can sort any issue out at source.

The registered address that they have (above) is the adress of their accountants. You will generally find Adam in his offices in China. Quite specifically I think that you will find that the address is:

Just got a reply from Adam in my order e-mail saying they'll be ready to ship by Monday latest! They said they'll send pics of her to see if I want any changes before shipping. I can't wait!
