Manufacturing process

Hi all,

seen lots of manufacturing video's before but this one seems to show bits of the process that they normally hide from us such as opening the mold, the materials storage room, etc.



The person in the comments who says that this is WM is wrong even though looking around the shelves I can see why they came to that conclusion as I saw some heads that were definitely very good copies making me think that maybe this is Firedoll?

Who do you think it is? Firedoll?, Jarliet?, ????

The chopped up miscasts early on in the vid is a bit of a horror show. Later in the vid its obvious in the storage room that TPE has been shredded to recycle it back into the process.

Interesting video, I've seen something similar in the past but this was more comprehensive.

At 5 minutes(ish) there's a guy smoothing the top of a head with a heat gun, fumes pouring off, no nearby ventilation and nobody even masked. Yikes!

Buy Em's body from there and you would be kicked off the site, lol.

I'm torn myself by your selection 164D is a gorgeous looking body but the 166C is an unaging classic. Seriously difficult choice there but sure that Em will be happy either way that you go... Except maybe with losing 2cm which will no doubt also cost you some platform shoes.

Just had to look up who Ed Gein was... FFS! real silence of the lambs type character.

100% agree with the first sentence. 100% disagree with the second sentence. I am very biased though

He was one of the originals that lots of hollywood serial killers were based on. It was an interest of mine some years ago. Whilst visiting gavla82 recently we took a drive down fred wests road and years ago my neighbour was a warden on Dennis Neilsons wing at whitemoor. When i asked her to get my copy of his book autographed my mrs went ape shit lol.

Hi Tsall,

from other video's that I've seen the factory environments are an awful lot cleaner, and seemingly the staff much happier at both Jinsan and Irontech.

I think that this may be a case of you get what you pay for!

At least it showed the processes that thy go through rather than other vids where the bits where they skip over the parts that they think the audience may find boring... No we don't! I would be quite happy to sit watching the whole process in real time.

Oh the excitement and and anticipation of watching slowly solidifying TPE
