Deleting pics

I'm trying to delete photos but I keep getting an error message has anyone else had this?



I can delete from 'Amy's album' and 'fliss's album' but not from my other album for some reason.

Edit: I'm trying to delete pics I've never put in threads to free up space plus my new phone has a habit of uploading pics sideways. I'm not leaving lol. I can see how my post could have been read lol
