I've recently had the JY 148 suger babe arrive. She has gel breasts and the uterus. She's my first JY body and although she's a good weight for a first doll, there are other options.
Have a look at Lucid's Allure range, made by 6Ye.
The 158cm A cup is a similar weight but has a nicer bum.
But the gel breasts are very nice so I guess it depends what kind of girl is your type.
For a first doll, weight is an important consideration until you get used to moving them around.

When the body arrived, I used a bit of lube to examine her and the vaginal orifice looked quite small. I'm impressed with the design of the vulva as far as realism goes. As far as the uterus goes, I'm not sure if I could tell any difference to my other girls.

My 1st doll was a Sugarbabe 148cm "Meli" gorgeous figure, little short for my tastes as my first doll never really noticed her height but when I got a 160A she was just too small.
Advertised weight was 25kg she was 28.5kg with head.
Really soft body actually made her hard to handle.

Got rid of her body recently as she was badly stained by clothing and just looked so bad not dolls fault but mine.

Gel breasts are a treat.
Sugarbabes do get pretty heavy much over 148cm gotta be wise to weight.

I have 4 jy148's solid, hollow, gel and small breast, no idea about the uterus as I haven't looked down there but as a bed mate the gel breasts are nice to cuddle up to. I like them as they are light and easy to Move round the house but for me the legs seem a little too small for the body.

Like I say I have 4, probably 5 by the end of the year and no issues with quality in fact my first one sleeps with me every night (my fault for not getting standing feet) and is fine after 4 years.

It just depends what you want a doll for if it's for company and to dress up/ move around then the 148 is perfect, if it's for a girlfriend / sex doll then for me she's a little but too small and you'd be better off with a Kimber.

Hi I have a sugar babe, 1st doll so not much to compare it to, but am pretty pleased. Body is very soft so good for snuggles. Skin feels smooth once baby powder has been applied. Pretty heavy so beware with the taller or bustier dolls.

Doll has picked up a few scratches due to mishandling by me, but otherwise seems to be holding up well, no splits etc. One arm joint went loose almost immediately. Does stain easily so got to be careful with coloured clothing.

Finding clothes that fit well is a bit awkward due to somewhat unrealistic body proportions.
