I mess about with my off camera flash for ages trying bounce the light just how I need it and then a spot light just to make a sparkle in her eyes, It's all a bit of hit and a lot of miss, when I first looked at the photo I thought that's a nice hit Tommo

Wow, Tommo, she is stunning. Such a beautiful face and I adore her freckles, they make her look even more lifelike! She'd definitely be my doll of choice if I was able to own one, in your words "exactly like the picture, please"!
My favourite pics are of her at the European/UK Doll Meet in her flower crown. Sublime!
