Were you able to read the contract before entering into it. If not its invalid.

Best example of that is multi storey car parks. If the sign that says that damage to property is at the owners risk but is only visible once you are through the barrier then its not worth the poster its printed on. You must know terms or alteration to terms before the contract is entered into for them to be binding.

If you were presented with the terms before the contract was entered into then its all legit.
