Funnily enough the best fake tree I've ever had was a German one. It was plastic, had many parts, and had to be assembled each Christmas season, it used to take me hours to put it all together but it looked great once it was done.

I'm off down the garden centre now, I'll buy loads of bulbs and grow myself a fortune.

They don't grow from bulbs! The Dutch tried an economy based on tulip bulbs in the 17th century - it collapsed!!
