Jokes aside, during the COVID era, we noticed an uptick in taxi drivers purchasing our products.

One particular customer, after what he referred to as his 'honeymoon', was so anxious to return his purchase that he parked outside our office at 8:00 AM, even though our opening time was 9:00 AM. Overwhelmed by emotions, he raised his voice, prayed, and cursed. He even swore on his children's lives that he hadn't misused the product. But when he left the item at our loading bay, we discovered a suspicious white substance oozing from it.

Shocked by the incident, we quickly retreated and locked our office doors.

To counteract such incidents, we've added a precautionary measure. We now employ UV lights, both white and purple, to inspect returns for any foreign substances. This strategy seems to be working; only 1 in 10 returns now try to deceive us. We remain watchful and refuse any tampered items.
