The thought of returning her hadn’t occurred to me. I just thought an item like this once out of the box and covered in talc would mean she is none returnable….isn’t that the case?

I just saw on your site there should have been a ‘please read this first’ packet with blue gloves and instructions on how to inspect her. That wasn’t there, not that it made a difference, I obviously inspected and cleaned her on arrival anyway.

Sorry it didnt work out for you. I know its not for everyone. I did actually let a potential newbie visit my girls so he knew what to expect. I know there are others that would do similar so please if anyone reading this is thinking of getting their first doll please speak to us first

I am not disputing anything really, it was just conversation. The fact that a bag with blue gloves in wasn’t in the box doesn’t bother me
