Also do you have any plans to make a kimber doll "mini" that's between 145 and 150cm (uk legal), if you can make that doll and shes at or below 25kgs you would make a killing especially if you let psion do the promotional photos.

Hi Amydoll,

It's unclear why they're so rough. In one case last year, we saw a brand new Kimber Doll arrive to our warehouse with UKBF tape all over it. On the inside, our unfortunate lady looked as though she had been towed around a warehouse behind a forklift... However for the most part, 99% of our stock these days is imported without issue.

We have approached the NCA on this, will little or no response. Legal action of our own accord would be very consuming of all resources. Time will tell.

We only have complete Kimber's on offer at this time.

There aren't any current plans at this stage, but a 145cm KD that's 'UK-safe' has been strongly considered. One might worry that if our 158cm Kimber's are subject to examinations, then the risk of 145cm Kimber's being difficult to import could pose a challenge. As of now we're happy to keep things safe and sound for the UK market which is the 158cm KD-FS. As we said before, this product has never been seized.

Cheers,
Fletcher

Could you confirm UK deliveries are sent via UPS as above? The website says you use Yodel, which locally makes a big difference (UPS great, Yodel have a habit of leaving packages in random places, or not bothering to deliver at all!)

Mine was delivered UPS.

I wholly understand your reticence regarding Yodel.

Yodel appear far from reliable. Sending anything other than wet feathers is a serious risk...

Don't even consider dry feathers...

Hi TheChillPill,

We don't use Yodel anymore, UPS only.

Cheers,

I think it's a local thing - pot luck sometimes. I used to have a great Hermes driver and would actively look for companies that used them, safe in the knowledge I'd receive my order safely and on time. He retired and has been replaced by another driver that couldn't care less - I very rarely receive my orders when they're sent via Hermes now.

Given what they supposedly get paid, I think it's 50p per parcel, with no expenses paid, it's no wonder their motivation is a little lax.
