all these 140cm and 160cm dolls are too heavy for me to move round

The issue you'll find is that anything under 150cm is likely to be stopped by border forces these days, so while there are a few mini dolls around most people won't be selling them.

Best bet is probably to get a torso doll. This gives you the advantage of a realistic body/head without the weight of a full size doll.
