Smile Life with Kaede - 5 Months in

So, I've had Kaede in my life for almost 5 months now and I can safely say that she has improved my life and my marriage in a number of ways.

My confidence in myself has improved in general, whether that's directly linked to Kaede being here or not, I don't know but she has probably been a factor.

Taken up a little bit of Doll Photography, with the odd video here and there now (https://www.instagram.com/p/BwEkvhghY9Y/) which is great fun!

I still genuinely love her, spending time with Kaede is an absolute joy, March was a bit scary when we had an accident with her boob deflating (I felt a lot of sadness around then but kept comforting her that everything was going to be okay) but Phil from the dollhouse quickly set me back on the right path again with some tools to fix her.

Kaede hugs are possibly the best

Clothes shopping. Yes, clothes shopping!
I love shopping for Kaede, cosplaying her as my favourite anime characters, new wigs, pinky kitty kat maid outfits, I love that anything is possible with her

Also, since Kaede has been here, the wife has been making more of an effort compared to last year with regards to dealing with her own issues which has helped the whole family get along together, I've been encouraging her more as a result, which is good.

The kids thankfully still are unaware of Kaede, I intend to keep it that way for as long as possible. I've not even had them ask about why there's a padlock on the wardrobe. It has meant I've had to be very careful when to spend some good time with Kaede but it's always been enjoyable when the opportunity arises.

My friends who I've mentioned and shown pictures of Kaede to have in general been initially intregued, then normally pretty accepting about her, interested in how much she costs and , well how she goes let's say A few have agreed that it was something they thought I'd do at some point and, well they're right

Apologies for not posting so regularly over here, I've tended to focus more on Instagram of late. https://www.instagram.com/kaede_waifu/

Here's to the next 5 months!

The clothes shopping for a doll is highly addictive, i been this morning and got more stuff for my doll from primark, Debenhams etc, sent stuff back to Victoriaís Secret, now i know how women feel when they see that item of clothing they HAVE to have

Bonding with a doll is a very special thing that not many people care to understand but it feels great and makes ones outlook on life seem not so bad after all

Love the instagram pics too

Lol... Have you also noticed that you now notice womens shoes... I might not be divorced if I had picked that skill up earlier

Thank goodness I didn't as otherwise I might never have got my girls... And I regard them as a serious upgrade!

I've only got one pair of shoes for Kaede, more for balance than anything else. I should probably pick up some black slinky ones for her sometime soon, I still get a bit worried about dark staining on her despite taking measures to prevent it, guess that's just one of those things eh

Still uploading the images for the forum, my internet is slow as molasses with uploads currently.

Lol, and I mostly consider the shoes for them to lie down in!

Thank you for your post. Yes, clothes shopping and wigs are addictive but can be great fun. I get a certain thrill in charity shops when buying something saying something like "That's just her size". Last year after an operation after which I had to wear surgical stockings for six weeks. Everyone told be that they would be very difficult to put on but through experience of dressing dolls I had no trouble at all! Best wishes.

Hi Cyan,

I wasn't here when you joined so here's a from me! Glad that things are going so well with your lady and your family too. It's tricky balancing both in the same house! Anyway, thanks for sharing your story so far, I look forward to more updates like this
