China >> UK, shipping delays??

Hello all,

I just wondered if anyone else was experiencing delays with items being shipped over from China?


The tracker seems to have the package ID all ok, but it's 'stuck' in Germany, and has been for some time.

Brexit delays??

Hi, yes me too, and it's also coming via UPS. I have as much/the same info from them as you except that in my case it's coming from the Netherlands rather than Germany.

Sort of, yes.

In days gone by dolls came by plane, but rail travel is cheaper.

When they signalled me that Dagmar was on her way http://www.uklovedollforums.co.uk/fo...ad.php?t=14512 the UPS tracking number gave a similar picture to yours. It never altered, but 18 days after she was shipped the doorbell rang.

I think it's all a bit of a mess at the moment.
One in Germany. One in the Netherlands. My label was created in Poland and has been on UPS Waiting just like yours since November 25th.
I fear none of us will be welcoming any new additions in 2020 because of the impending port chaos.

I really feel for you guys and count myself so very lucky. Alyssa must have somehow made it through before it became total bedlam. I thought two weeks in a warehouse was bad but at least she was in the UK.

Well my tracking is quite hilarious Ogsby. I started out drinking heavily and now just laugh because clearly it's something completely beyond my control.
It's changed weight three times, being 34kg, 12.5kg and wait for it... 5g ��
According to one tracking app it's been rerouted to the USA and is now coming to the UK

My feeling is that regardless of who you purchased with, trusted vendors or unknown quantities - the whole system is near to meltdown.
