Hello
WARNING! DO NOT TOUCH THE EXPOSED PARTS WHEN OPERATING!!
2m of poly pipe
2 clip on bulb holders
1 chair or similar
1 bootlace
2 12w 6500k domed led bulbs to fit bulb holders
I was able to take the domes off with chisel and a vice,I think they would come off if drilled right through and a screwdriver used through the hole.

Best wishes

WOW MG...goes hard at it Macgyver style...always liked his innovations, this is a personal favorite.

So I am no expert with photograph lighting (man I sweat under stage lights even), but the initial prototype seems to be spotlighting, which is great for spotlighted and highlighting effects and shadowing...may I also suggest a diffuser of sorts to spread and soften the lighting and cast it evenly over a larger area sort of like this

Cheap enough and the smaller ones even more so, and you can also use some reflectors to redirect light and achieve variable shadowing too.

and the different colors can give different tone and temp to the lighting effects...

Thats it from me really, no doubt the photo buffs here have heaps more handy affordable tips.

That is a simple, cheap and effective solution.

I would have left the domes on however, to do exactly as Anung says and diffuse the light. For Spotlight work i would use a spotlight bulb and control it further with a tube

The solution you have doees allow you to change bulbs cheaply and easily, so you can do all sorts of fun things with temperature colours, intensities, bulb styles etc.

It gets a 10/10 for solving the problem from me

Thankfully, I see white wardrobe doors that could diffuse the light if re aimed!

Work with what you have...

Faffing with light stands etc will be problematic as the room looks to be around 12ft wide at best.

Enjoy!
