Many years ago I saw an article with a picture in Mayfair magazine of a life size Barbie doll. I tried to get hold of one but found out the article was a spoof - maybe April Fools Day or something. Ever since then I have wanted a life size realistic doll and finally, earlier this year, I have ended up with 3 high end dolls and a gorgeous mannequin. I put my toe in the water last October by buying a Teddybabe but there is a story behind why I did that. It was for companionship more than anything else.

I wouldn't class my self as anything special though, I just do what I can, even right at the start when this all happened I didn't see any point in moping around or getting depressed about what I'd lost, when it wouldn't change anything

you just have to focus on enjoying the things you still can even more to make up for it
