Dancing shoe dollie.

Hi Guys and Girls, here is the last up date for tonight, dancing shoe dollie is as one with the skelton inside her, she will dry over night, here are the last pics: before i go in .

Foam is cut out, and i am about the fit the top part of the mann, she will soon look like she did before, but with the skelton inside her.

are you going to make her arms so they can clip together in some way round your neck? maybe some velcro or magnets might help there

Hi Wetsuit, and all of you.
Tonight i have been testing dollie, checking the movement and what she can do, i dont have the shoe links as yet, but dollie will do all the movements as canbe seen here, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YoM7P...eature=related

She can bend down between my legs and wiggle, if i push dollie from me she will stand up on the leg cams, pull dollie to me and she will drop back on her knees, so far she is amazing .

I have been checking the weight of dollie, body head and the iner skelton is 7 Lbs, this without shoes, i think she is a bit to light to throw back, so i am going to make ball roller jointed arms, they will be fully rotational with mann: hands, i have some that will hold on to my shoulders, it will look a lot better than around ones neck, i hope to make a set of interchangeible rubber arms and hands as well, for fast dancing a time when she is throwing her arms about.

I have been, cutting out seams and adding silicone to the knee and foot joints tonight, as soon as the doll is dry and i have the arms made i will show photos of the full body movement, i will be starting the arm and hands tomorrow .

Hi MyTime, she is comming on fast but i had two nights without sleep working on her.
My Daughter is coming over to work on her face , so i need to get all the glue and silicone work done and dry.
There is still a lot of smell comming from her and Wisey dont want her in the house yet due to the smell , she said it is even worse than my feet .
The smell will take a long time to go, it did with my Jidie doll, however i dont dislike it .

Hi Misson, she is sexy in the video and i want my doll to dance like that, looks like some of the dancing will be up to me , i dont however think i will be as good as that Guy .

Hi Guys and Girls,
Today I have been doing dollies seams and adding more silicone to the joints, making the arms, and hands.


Sorry but I cannot show the shoulder or elbow joint, the two joints are aluminium and it is a lot of work to make them, it took me all of one full night to make up just two shoulder joints, this joint works just as a human shoulder joint would, I need to keep this design for now, also it would need major tool up and kit to make it.


However I will show how you can make a more simple joint, and how to make the hand joints.
You could use the hands that came with the mannequin but they are very poor, dont bend much and the inner wire will soon break off.
We will also make a set of rubber tube arms and soft hands for fast dancing, we can change the arms on dollie, its just a push on fit.


Here are the photo up dates, I will download in sets of four with info.

After cutting out the joints use this type of silicone in the seams and over the joints.


Here you can see the silicone at knee and foot joints.


Here is a plastic hand we will be using it is very light, we remove the fitting, 3 screws and cut it out the steel ring as well.


Here you can see that i have cut it out, give it a clean in side with cellulose thinners.
