Thats a good one, for me it was about 40 years ago, before sex dolls got about, or well back then you did not see them.

I wanted to make a Female doll for sex, i had been interested in mannequins and had collected a number of them at that time.

I made a rubber blow up doll, i made her using car tubes, cycle tubes, and motor bike tube`s, within a rubber skin, i had pipes and valves that ran into her back, you could change the size and shape of the doll, small doll, big doll, small boobs, and big boobs, i thank i had 14 blowup valves.

I could change her body size from small to fat with huge boobs, i used a mannequin head and hands, and yes she looked nice, she could bend her arms legs and body, due to the way i made her.

I wish i had a photo to show you, and think she would surprise you to see just how good she was way back then.

And yes she was fully tested , one could bounce up and down with full weight on her, not like the blow up dolls we get today.

my 1st doll experience was about 18 years ago, nothing special, just a cheap vinyl inflatable woman, no inserts just the smooth vinyl sleaves so having any kind of relations with her was pointless as you couldn't feel anything

I tried a few other inflatables over the years but no matter how much the write ups said about what ever doll I decided to go for it seemed I just got exactley the same doll every time, just in a different box so after about three I gave up on the idea of ever being able to get a decent one, but I knew I was still interested in dolls

a few years later I saw a few programs showing clips of the real doll factory & thought "aah at last a doll that could actually do what it says on the tin," but never thought I would ever be able to afford one, then a couple of years back I came into some money & was wondering what to do with it when a friend of mine who lives a couple of doors down from me just up & said "hey dude, you could get one of them mega fancy sex dolls now" and that was exactly what I did,

although she now lives with Timbo & I have 4 teddy babes instead

Part 2,
After some years of making all kinds of home made dolls that may have run into over 100, some of them brocken up and some sold, i saw what i think was the start of Realdoll, the doll back then looked amazing, and i said to mysalf one day i will buy one.

It was many years from seeing the start of Realdoll before i got my first Realdoll, what i found out however is that i wanted all of them , and after many weeks i got it down to 3 dolls that you see here on this forum, that was my first doll order, 3 Realdolls in one order.

after that the collection got bigger and bigger, i became a member of TDF and made many very good friends there, i wanted to start a forum here in the UK and the UK Love Doll Forum got started, my doll collection is well over 30 major silicone dolls, and well over 200 blowup and latex dolls, also a good number of home made dolls and mannaquens too.

no problem, I don't mind telling,

it's no big secret that I am dissabled, I was involved in a pretty horrific motorcycle accident back in 2002 which left me with limited mobility & some really hideous scars, which is part of the reason I became more interested in dolls again as my girl friend at the time dumped me while I was still in hospital recovering & subsequent attempts to get intimate with women failed as the looks of horror on their faces as we would be getting naked & they would be faced with a big mess of scars was more than I could cope with,

I do like the sillicone dolls very much, but my dissabilities give me limited scope for what I can do with a doll & the positions that work best for me can't be done with the boytoy doll that I had, in fact none of the dolls that were available at that time would have been any better,

the teddy babes are lighter & easier to handle for sexual purposses, & they are a lot better for snuggeling up with on a cold night & to be honest the companionship aspect means more to me than the sex

there have been quite a few new manufacturues emerge over the last two years, & some of those are capable of doing the kind of positions that I can get into so I am considering getting another high end doll, I especially like the Anatomical dolls with their built in heating system,

I'm just waiting to see what some of the other body styles they have planned look like before I take the plunge again

Wow! Thank you so much Wetsuit for being so open and honest in your response. I owe you an apology because I should have asked in a private message. But I do so love that you are very candid in your response. Very refreshing!

I am married to a wonderful, very intelligent man with physical limitations and I also work in that field. So, I suppose you could say I "understand". However, I wouldn't say I "understand" because it's very hard for me to even imagine the struggle that you go through daily so, I try not too.

I do hope that very soon there is a doll that can be just what you are looking for (or perhaps a woman. Don't give up on true love, it happens).

well once when I was 13 my mum brought home a blow up doll to take with her to work. she left it down stairs blown up ready to go. Well needless to say I sneeked down during the night and had my wicked way with it twice lol. I was not too impressed by it. I never really had problems getting girls at all but think dolls are like just the same. I have a torso at the moment but looking to buy either a harumi or 4woods. not sure which yet.
My wife hates the torso after she saw how much it cost and I can't really explain to her why i like to have sex with the doll rather than her sometimes...
