Head compatibility and misshapen head

Hi all, I wanted to know what manufacturers heads are compatible with JY dolls and has anyone come across a JY doll head that seems to be a bit sunk in around the forehead? I just got my new JY doll, everything is great but her face seems to be a bit sunken in between the eyes and forehead? Any help would be much appreciated thank you.

Most TPE dolls use M16 connectors, this allows many manufacturers heads to interchange, Jinsan (WM, OR and YL), Irontech, SM, SE, JY, 6YE all use M16 connectors, the fit on some of these is better than others.
Colour match between the brands and finding the different manufacturers terminology of colour shades can be challenging at times. There are various tricks to hide this mismatch, however I personally am not a fan of girls in tiny tight bikinis with black chockers around their necks.

The head maybe crushed a little in transit, a picture would help.

They're supposed to arrive packed in a transit mask for this very reason. Did she not come with one? Typically heavy-handed BF inspection perhaps?

I've got several JY heads and never had a problem like you've described. Strikes me that something happened in transit.
