Ah right, so have you got the tpe version? Can you post a pic? Silicone is usually significantly firmer than tpe whereas even firm tpe is softer although some manufacturers are blurring the lines a bit. I've got a very firm tpe head that has implanted hair and does look a bit like silicone but without any shine and I've seen some manufacturers claim their silicone heads are softer.

As for the IT silicone heads being ok with tpe, the only experience I've had is with my single CST silicone head which I've had on both OR and IT tpe bods with no issue at all.

I don't know if I have the TPE version or not, I assumed based on the description I was getting the Silicone one ( With the price reduced from £600 to £250, I thought this was a strong indicator too.), since I wanted a fully material compatible one for a Silicone body here. ( SinoDoll T95 R&S Torso )

The head does look like the advertised pictures.

Looks silicone to me. Plus I've looked at multiple vendors and all il doll heads are silicone.
Lucids are all silicone heads so my guess it's silicone.
Some silicone heads do have oral function maybe your lucky
