The file is a 379MB and google isn't allowing streaming for it. Hopefully that will pass since the error has now changed to "It's taking longer than usual to process the file." By process I'm assuming they are scanning it for any violations of their Terms of service. But the file is downloadable.

I lowered the frame rate and resolution and it appears to stream now.
