If it's not a simple misrotation then one will have to battle with welded nuts.

Manufacturers make mistakes like this all the time.

I bought this frozen pizza one time and when I got it out of the box, they hadn't put any topping on it.

I phoned the help line and they were very apologetic.

It wasn't until I came off the phone and was about to put it in the bin, I realised, they had put the pizza topping and all the ham and stuff, on the underside of the pizza.

No idea how THAT one got past quality control!

Hopefully you get her fixed, this was exactly the doll i was looking into getting for my first doll shes beautiful, but budget was lacking. If you do end up wishing to sell her or do the raffle id 100% be interested.
