Default Having second thoughts advice please

Yes I'm not sure . I'm happy but not. Overall look of her . She looks fantastic after I did afew adjustment s makeup etc . Hair always changes the way they look .
Head I could replace but at a cost . She just to short and bit skinny. Wanted more character in body features . I'm a collector and sculptore and feel I can't work with her doing a character build as I want to do and reason I got this scale . These dolls are 1/1 scale which you can work with and create a master piece . For display . Hobby . Photography etc.
I don't know what to do re sell or a swap be good .
158cm bit short need taller . But 158 good size .

Difficult to comment without pics of your lady.

However, if size is a problem, then there are a few dolls over 158cm on the market, but be aware that they'll weigh over 30kg

The DS 167 EVO and Sanhui 168 spring to mind.

Failing that, if you just want a photographic model, then the ExLite will be perfect for your needs. Have a look at Kayla's pics here:

158 is not a supermodel.

But a good and real size so your comments are a bit of a suprise.

As model, Gary is right. DS lite is excellent but 167 goes the whole hog

Best wishes

Bigger is heavier . Mine just right now as got used to weight .
I think to having one hear is all new experience . I'm changing eye colour hopefully tomorrow . Getting colour I love .
I don't fancy having a size struggle to move around and pose .

Good to hear you're getting happier about things. But when you jump to DS lite, bigger is lighter because she is foam, and silicone 167 with foam core weighs probably about the same as your 158

Best wishes

No. Due to high temperatures techniques available to silicone manufacturers aren't available to TPE models

Best wishes

TPE is heated to it's melting point and poured into the mould, as far as I know, so the temperature and weight of the TPE would deform the foam core. Silicone isn't hot-poured so it isn't the same problem.

The only way I could see of making a foam-core TPE doll would be to fit hollow 'balloons', of maybe stainless steel, around the skeleton, pour the TPE into the mould around the skeleton and balloons, open the side seams and remove the balloons, and fit formed foam pieces into where the balloons were removed, finally reseal the side seams...but this is just a thought that entered my mind just now so it's probably flawed

Just from the top of my head: Afair Polyurethane foam has a way higher melting point, or better, it starts burning before melting, so that should be possible. Though the foam is usually almost as rigid as the hollow steel containers revoL mentions, so not good for a nice touch and feel.
