I Stood All 170cm Of Her In The Hallway, Up Against The Airing Cupboard Door, In The Vague Hope My Daughter Wouldn't Notice I Had Bought Two Dolls,

It Didn't Work.

Anyway, I Have Had Xyla Standing There Since Saturday...

My Daughters Came To Stay For Easter, Jeez, It's Getting Cosy.

My Car's Been At The Garage All Day, I Have Been Stuck Here Waiting.

I Thought I Would A Take Couple Of Photos Of Xyla Just Standing There,

Then Played Around With Them In PaintShop.

Please Don't Expect Much.

Thanks AD, Seth, carlys_guy, Dollman2, shamus and Mr algaeholics, I am glad you like 'em.

I should have been working on some stuff for work today, I really can't be bothered,
it was getting a little boring and I have the attention span of a gnat these days,
I got a little carried away in Photoshop trying to teach myself some more, I watch Youtube videos and try to copy them.

Today I was learning about butterflies,

Same photo re-edit.

I might have overdone it.

I think that's a lovely pic, she looks lovely in green. I like the butterflies too.

Let us know how it goes when you get back to work and report that you had a very productive time on Friday making butterflies

Xyla

As has already been said, "Live Long and Prosper"

(And don't let Faye steal all the limelight).

The way things seem to be going, we'll be able to start an XY 170 Club soon...

A bit of background of what's going on here..
I am not sure if I got the interpretation of April's monthly challenges right, but I have thought it was spring and off the shoulder dresses came to mind.
I found this photo in the internet this morning playing on my phone early this morning when I was still lazing in bed, My original plan was to use the background from this or something very similar..

It was sunny outside here this morning, I grabbed the opportunity, Elora was already in a nice dress I put her in it during the week.
To be honest I normally half set everything up, take some shots, I take the camera back inside to my PC look at photos, basically I don't trust myself with setting outside, but now it's just a habit I suppose. I would normally go back out then mess around for ages with fingers and every-bloody-thing before taking more and more shots.
Today After viewing the first photos I'd taken the plan of putting her in the flower field had gone, I just went and back out and brought Elora back inside, I sort of fell in love with Elora's look.

A bit of camera spam

The only criticism I have about your competition entry sir is that butterflies are mere grubs during spring...

Oh, that, and the fact it halves my chance of winning...

She be luverly....
