How about you just call them "large" and "small" to save any confusion - or resentment?

I assume you no longer stock these cases in size small because of dolls below 145cm being illegal to import? (but not to own)
If you only plan to sell them in two sizes from now on, perhaps "large" and "medium" is misleading, as it implies the availability of a third size, which is now not the case

FFS - OP's post is very clear. They sell 3 sizes. The smallest being for a TORSO, it's written in black and white mate!

it's possible that we'll be introducing a third 'small' size at 140cm in the future, this would cover dolls 152cm and up, as you generally remove the head to store -although maybe people prefer not to? Does any one keep the head on their doll when they store her?

we may even look at an extra large being 170cm and up too

Personally I never remove her head if I can help it, I'm sure some others are the same

Could always use McDonalds sizing and have Medium, Large, Extra Large.
