Hi all,
Guess I fall into the admirers category as I don't own a doll, although I look every now and then. Finding this forum has helped me so much with research and background I might just pull the trigger, but not sure I'll start with a full doll. Hiding her from the wife might be too difficult.

I can see threads for torso dolls, but I'm a leg man, so ideally would want a waist down doll. Think something like this, but not sure about the site, the brand (Nextgen) or having the stand.

Hey mate, Kaia's tattoos are a combo of a water transfer on her back (ebay) and tattoo sleeves on her arms (also ebay). Sadly nothing is permanent.

Lucid are making my life difficult by have such good customer service!;)

Asked some questions (ok a lot of questions) about their legs only dolls, and got a response back in less than 24 hours.:drool

So the dilemma, or dilemmas really

Dilemma 1: standing feet
None of the girls I'm interested in have standing feet. Being honest I'm wanting more of a sex toy than something I can pose and take pics of, but both would be nice. Looking at other vendors I could get standing legs, but at more than double the price, so could be better off with a whole body doll!:confused:

Dilemma 2: Size and storage
They have small medium and standard size models I'm looking at. They've very kindly shared lots of measurements with me and assuming the full size is based on an approx 5'2"-5"3" model the small is based on much smaller and the medium somewhere in the middle. I think they'll be a little small, :no: but the larger model is almost twice as heavy, and will be tricky to store. Tricky but might just squeeze under the bed in the delivery box.

Would love to hear experience of people that don't have standing feet and under bed storage. I've found some topics on storage in the forum and an ottomon bed is out of the question.look8ng more for DIY ideas.

FYI, the box for a doll I have, thats 155cm in height (heel to head), is 148x40x32cm

Thanks! The decorations on the bed means it's only 25cm off the floor, but it's higher once your past them (35cm). If I end up with a full body doll weighing over 30kg that I need to lift the bed to get to I'll be ripped in no time!

If this is a consideration then have a look for "mechanic creepers", specifically the ones where the bed is lowered in relation to the wheels to maximise under-car access.
Just don't be surprised if she develops a shopping addiction for Snap-On tools and project cars.

Great idea!
Had a look and most are about 10cm tall so could sit the box on top of it, but could use the box to kee her covered.

After sleeping on will probably still start with a half doll and see how it works out
