I can add all the ones know of.

Theres Giwi ,artos, pluto who I believe are Russian, then flook with the only known ebony doll, muzza, davecat, eagle1 and noquiexis.

So that makes a total of twelve known models, so I do not suppose we will ever know how many were ever made.
I should think the market would of been higher in Russia
