Clothes? Where from?

Hi everyone. Hope you’re doing well. Please, let me ask - where all of you buying clothes for your lovely dolls from? Cheap, good quality? Need some advice. UK shops/markets preferably please.

Regards, have a great day.
Marek

I’ve got 2 Firedolls, looks beautiful, just want to give them some fresh/sexy look. Mot looking for bra sets or underwear, got some nice from Penthouse. Just things like crop tops, skirts, etc. Thank you :)

Karrot 17-08-2022 01:33 PM

Gavla82 17-08-2022 01:33 PM

Primark or dare I say it, Shein...Primark 2xs and Shein xs sizes fits both my girls.

marekbohm 17-08-2022 01:43 PM

wow, thats awesome. I usualy buying everything on Amazon, but it looks pretty limited, what they offer, to be fair. and one of mine Firedoll, is pretty small sized, so S won´t fit perfectly and haven´t seen anything really XS or smaller on Amazon itself sadly:(

Thanks for recommendation guys:)

marekbohm 17-08-2022 01:44 PM

I never said Maddie was 2XS, though she can squeeze into some 2XS stuff. I think that Body is 2XS but the jorts are size 10 (cos chunky dumper)

Im an ebay addict. Get most things in a size 4. Occasionally i may tolerate the crowds and go to primark. Most of the other shops dont do small enough sizes so you end up shuffling around in the teen section.. All good fun

marekbohm 17-08-2022 01:48 PM

Isn´t Primark offering also web orders? Will be much more convenient for me, bloody pandemic made me a bit lazy and I mostly order everything online :D
Especially it may looks weird sometimes to walk thru women departments and pick something for your TPE girlfriends :DDDDD

Adam&Emma 17-08-2022 01:51 PM

I used to worry about looking dodgy but when you actually do it you realise no one gives a shit. If asked you can say its for your girlfriend (not a lie)

marekbohm 17-08-2022 01:52 PM

Good to know. Thank you bud :)

Adam&Emma 17-08-2022 01:53 PM

Funny thing is that when i was with my ex i was always buying her clothes and underwear on the high street and didnt care about anyone else.. As soon as i started shopping for my girls i felt proper dodgy :24. It soon wears off

Gavla82 17-08-2022 01:55 PM

You soon get to the point of just giving up caring. I did, but that's because of my past life before the girls.

But I'd give a Shein a look too. Most of the girls stuff is from there. They pretty quick delivery vs Ali *cough* express and Wish. Fully tracked and you get discounts codes, sometimes free delivery and can earn login points daily which turn to £'s off. I bought a nice deep red hair for Elena, same brand as on Amazon but cheaper, a tie die cami dress, a gingham butterfly dress, ombre tights and a 2 piece frill bikini for just shy of £25. That included postage and discounts.

marekbohm 17-08-2022 01:56 PM

Hahahahah :DDD I know what u mean. I am kinda weird (may for someone) cuz I got quiet alot of underwear and babydoll dresses for them, but somehow wanna put them into the the clothes, like I mentioned before - skirts, top crops, may sweaters, etc. Changing their clothes bit often I would say :D

marekbohm 17-08-2022 01:57 PM

Gavla82: wow, that looks insane. Exactly something that I am looking for:) thank you

Ich Will 17-08-2022 01:57 PM

I mostly use Amazon, Everything five pounds is good, but can get expensive fast. postage is calculated at checkout

www.everything5pounds.com

marekbohm 17-08-2022 01:59 PM

Ich Will: I do also. Amazon. But as I said - I bought many Penthouse dresses thru Amazon and looking now for something sexy but normal things to wear like jeans, sweater, etc :)

Gavla82: thanks so much once again!:) will have a look. Appreciate your help!

marekbohm 17-08-2022 02:10 PM

And do some of you also have experience with piercing? (belly). Since their belly button isn’t really “deep” I am bit scared to do it, but have seen that you can actually buy “fake belly piercing”. Did some of you using that on your lovely ones?:)

Ava Love 17-08-2022 02:15 PM

A couple of other places worth checking out are Nasty Gal and also Ego.

marekbohm 17-08-2022 02:19 PM

Thanks also to you Ava!:))

marekbohm 17-08-2022 02:22 PM

Yeah I know I am just too scared to be honest if I move her around it can rip off the TPE badly and I don’t want to damage even one of them lol:( u know definitely that feeling as we defo all take the best possible care of them:(

https://www.uklovedollforums.co.uk/f...ictureid=91363

this is my first Firedoll lady. I am so obsessed with her to be honest!:)

marekbohm 17-08-2022 02:29 PM

Just obviously changed clothes, and wigs for premium ones (I prefer to buy most of the Haircube from Amazon, which are bit on expensive side - 25 quid for one) but both girls look incredible into my liking now!:)

Gavla82 17-08-2022 02:36 PM

Haircube and similar brands on Shein...but cheaper. xD after all they all come from China.

https://i.ibb.co/8bpL5k2/Screenshot-...3527-SHEIN.jpg

Then have it discounted further voucher codes, points, etc.

marekbohm 17-08-2022 02:48 PM

Again-good to know. I appreciate help of every one of you guys! Glad to be able to be part of this great community. Thanks!

Welcome to the Honeymoon period, she does a lovely young lady. :tu

marekbohm 17-08-2022 03:21 PM

Thats Anissa though, very nice and proportional girl to my liking. Just changed clothes and wigs to my liking. And she’s beauty now, you’re right :)

On this side of the pond a favorite place is thrift stores and yard sales, and if I like it and it dont fit I make it fit. My gals wear us size girls 8 or 10 stretch jeans And youth size small t shirts fit real good.

the living tribunal 17-08-2022 09:01 PM

The vast majority of both my girls' clothes, lingerie, and footwear are from car boot sales, with occasional Shein and eBay; the latter particularly for vintage style lingerie and hosiery. I have got them some really good dresses in great condition for £1! The most expensive one was Azrael's faux-leather jacket at £12.

And your girl is lovely :D

I get most of the cloths for my dolls at thrift stores, but lately have been getting most of Julias cloths from the attic of my house. It's a long story!:wall

marekbohm 18-08-2022 01:31 PM

Thanks to all:) I will definitely have a proper look on Shein web first and then will see.
Cheers

Just wanted to chime in and ask how reliable these stores are in your experience? I've just ordered my first doll and want to start getting some clothes in for her, but I've read hit and miss reviews of both Shein and Romwe regarding orders not arriving, returns being difficult and the quality being a bit crap.

hollows+fentiman 11-09-2022 11:28 AM

Hi CDF, I’d wait till your Kimber arrives before you make any real decisions!

Like some of the others here, I get most of my clothes from charity shops and normally try for XS to 11-12 year old stuff. However, small stretchy stuff usually works well too as kids stuff is not normally very ‘sexy’ for obvious reasons!

Primark, Peacocks or even Pepco (at Poundland) can be good new clothing buys for me too!

Cheers, Hollows.

Adam&Emma 11-09-2022 11:33 AM

I had to give away most of the clothes i bought before Emma arrived as they didnt fit. Get her some pjs so she has something to snuggle up in and the you can start shopping properly.
Ive just bought some lycra shorts for a photo idea. Skyes are 7 to 8 yrs and Emmas are 9 to 10. Both surprisingly fit perfect. If they made our girls a realistic size we'd never lift em lol

Ooh, I hadn't thought about Poundland! Good shout, I'll pop in for a recce ASAP.

Must try and curb my excitement...
