Oh dear... Red Elf shoes....

Have you read the instructions that come with those?

Don't accidentally click the heels together. Last time someone did that a house got dropped on one of our aunties.

They do looks nice though and they go with your lipstick. Way to accessorise :tu

dollman2 05-01-2022 06:54 AM

Those are some big boots for an elf  But if one is going to do excess, do it excessively :tu

Danny here, We try not to click books together but sometimes after a few bottles of fuzzy head juice we may forget. We have asked Aurora and FR to remind us not to use boots when relaxing so if house falls on anyone its Auroras of FRs fault.

We choose red boot to hide any blood that may fall on them while we battle and save the hooman race.

We always look for quality elf equipment. so that if we can not find wand we can kick FR in the goolies to make him sound like a toad who has come in the presence of helium gas. But we are kind about this as we do ask him to find wand first.

Interesting "elf equipment" - one shudders to think what they are capable of, apart from dropping houses on people's aunties...

Seth 05-01-2022 07:37 PM

Great stuff. The boots really suit her.

Oh, poor Danny, get well soon hun.... Actually, that should read poor FR as I know that sick Elves are always sooooo much more poorly than any human has ever been in the history of human kind.... Got your leg blown off? Thats nothing, I've got a splinter.

Been there so many times matey. Good luck with her milking it for every second that she can get from her ailment.

p.s. River asked if the bandage on your head is to do with the current ailment or a red shoes heel clicking incident?

Cold > Flu > Bubonic Plague > Man Flu > Elf Flu????

Lucky for me that Andeea is looking after her however I get the feeling she just like the sofa and does not want anyone sitting on it. So I,m not expecting a speedy recovery. I did ask Andeea if I should get some Lucozade she recommended 2 bottles of single malt whisky for the first 72 hours. and a further 2 bottles afterwards.

Yep, had that issue here as well.... If one thinks that another is onto something then they will join in to get their fair share of the pampering.

Apparantly, according to my Elves, the only cure for Elf Flu is animated Movies... But the good quality Pixar type one's. Not the made for TV rubbish. Biccies, crisps, chocolates and the duvet.

It also lasts far longer than human Flu.

The main cure that I have found is an icecream van going past dinging their bell as that gets them straight off the settee and with their noses pressed against the window whilst they excitedly list off their toppings requirements.

The short ears here call it the Mr Whippy miracle cure.
