I got my doll from them and it's fine, no damage, got exactly what I ordered.
The CS was good too, they sent me pics of a few heads and comparisons of skin tones (the head I wanted was a different brand from the body) and made sure I was getting what I wanted before they sent it out. I didn't leave a review but if I did there'd be no reason not to give them 5 stars.

This was before they started charging for pics, but I don't think that's unreasonable, they knock the charge off the price of a doll as far as I'm aware so if you're serious about buying a doll from them it's a non-issue. They stock a lot of dolls now so chances are they'll have something you'll like if the first pics aren't what you expected. It's obviously not going to be economical for them to spend all day unpacking dolls and taking pics and I bet they got a lot of time wasters before they started charging.

Trustpilot on the other hand, are a waste of sand...you shouldn't base any purchasing decision on what Trustpilot says. Reviews can, and often are, bought from companies who specialise in that sort of thing (I'm not suggesting Lucid do/did this, the mere fact it's possible negates the usefulness of Trustpilot and others like them though). A company with a 1.5 rating probably is indeed terrible, but a company with a 4.8 is just as likely to be crap, so it's worthless. They exist purely because there are people who do not know that, it's really that simple.
