I've only had to reattach eyelashes once in 2 years using regular eyelash glue, and they've been good ever since. Must be a silicone thing.
Super glue will certainly do the trick, but as I found out with my first doll, it's very, very unforgiving if your motor skills aren't quite as precise as they could be, so caution required.
