sorta quick update
posted some pictures...when I was moving stella I have noticed a crunching noise coming from her hip!![The thigh has a foam core inside] pressing and exploring through the Silcon I can feel a Brake and the leg joint is becoming looser!!any advice would be great.

Firstly ease off on the checking crepitus, you're talking some serious surgery there from the sound of it. Contact Matt via the Sinth site, I know he's a member here but may not pick up any pms, get his advice and see if there's any past probs in the area you think there's a break. RDs do have a hipjoint problem on certain models and there is a replacement part, not cheap but it may you give you some ideas. Camp, I believe, did a 'home-engineered' jobby which looked ace but you need Matts advive on what you're looking at. If I remember rightly you're lined up for a 2nd Sinth, if so you should get some good service
